Refund Policy

Standard Refund Policy

Full refund of deposit until 11:59pm Eastern Time two weeks before the first day of the course, after which, deposits are non-refundable, but remaining tuition is eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of course meetings that have occurred.

Example: Student withdraws from course at the end of week 3 of 12. Student is not eligible for a deposit refund, but is eligible for a refund equal to 75% of their tuition less deposit amount.

Full Refunds

Not withstanding the above circumstances, in all of the following situations, students will be eligible for a full tuition refund:

The course is cancelled
Two or more course meeting times are cancelled by the teacher or Schoolyard Ventures
The course dates change and the student is unavailable to attend the new dates
The student is not satisfied with the course AND the student has missed no more than one course meeting time
